Probably, you could be yourself there. You were not afraid of judgment, not afraid to fail, speak up or ask for help whenever you were stuck.
In order to make people enjoy their work and stay for long, we need to create an environment where people feel psychologically safe. We need to make it safe to fail sometimes, and to learn from the failures.
